Keyvant was created out of frustration. As chartered surveyors and estate managers, we spent years managing commercial and residential portfolios — and years trying to make generic software fit our needs. It never did.
Most property management software is built by developers who have never managed a lease, never served a Section 21, never had to explain to a tenant why their EICR certificate needs renewing before they can use the boiler. The result is software that stores data, but doesn't understand the Law that governs it.
Keyvant is different.
